I'm sure everyone who's on here is trying to loose some extra weight! I'm trying my hardest to keep myself busy. I'm trying to eat better, healthier so that I can be more in shape. I'm looking forward to having my hubby join me as well. I know what a time to be start getting more fit. When it's a fad diet. I've over done it this year and now I'm getting back into shape and staying that way! I'm starting out at 180 and hope to get down to 130 or 140. so that I'm where I should be on the BMI.
