I have been walking my usual 5+ miles a day, but not so much watching what I eat. I feel like I need to walk further now to feel like I'm getting a workout which is a good thing.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
