so i struggled all of 2013 with my weight got a bad attitude and quit. here it is the first week of 2014 and i am miserable so i will give it another try.I am not for sure if i want to start out with just portion control or if i want to count carbs? or fats? or calories? i know for me counting all at once is to overewheleming for me. But i do know my excess weight gain has affected my mind set and my relationship. so wish me luck here i go again!
