Didn't diet at all. No motivation at all. At my all time highest weight ever. But I did exercise. Today I am ready. New year, new me! Making smaller goals.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
