Jan. 3. Diet and exercise changes start on Monday. Happy New Year!

My goal is to lose 15 pounds by March 31. To help with that, I'll limit drinking to a couple of drinks on weekend nights, drink more water, and exercise 3-4 times per week. I also will be working on relieving by back pain with less dependence on medication.
