Of course with the new year I'm starting over. I am not making a new year's resolution, but I have set a challenge for myself. Not so much about weight but about eating better. For example, avoid fast foods at all costs. That is quite a challenge, since I'm on the go ALL the time. However, I am going to work on meeting that challenge. Or at least if I HAVE to eat fast food, remove the bread or deal with their salads. (Wendy's makes a good apple pecan salad).

So I lost 50 lbs in 2012 throughout 2013 I gained back 25 lbs. (At least it wasn't the whole 50 - thank the Lord). So like I said, I begin again.

Along with letting myself go with the food, I also stopped being diligent about taking my medicine, so that too will change.

Not resolutions, but challenges to meet. Father, in Jesus Name, help me. Amen.
