還是胖了3磅,下星期瑜伽課前慢慢的消回來,目前先清淡飲食,最重要不喝糖不吃甜點,給自己一個月試試看!
108.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
