If I Can't Have the Surgery, I Can Have Atkins
My skin becomes smooth, my mind clears, my memory improves, my heartburn goes away, i feel never hungry, I feel great about myself AND I eat like a Queen! I have a plan- timed eating (so metabolism won't slow down) and I won't forget to eat. A water plan every hour is the mini goal but 128 oz each day. Good veggie snacks cut up in the fridge. Some Atkins bars and shakes with me at all times. Cut out the carbonated diet drinks. I found if I give myself too much freedom with the sugar alcohols, or sweet tasting things or substitutes - I get the cravings back. So This time I will modify that. I will also have a bedtime and a get up time to incorporate a morning walk I will be starting (exercise yes but mostly for my back). So I am excited about it, tracking the progress in pounds and inches, measuring the day in carbs and calories. BUT right now I am the alcoholic on the binge. I am familiar with that also. And plenty of times I have seen the farewell binge and they made it when they came over. WOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOO
