Thanks! It was hard to find a routine on my own this year. I'm hoping to increase my accountability! What's your favorite exercise?

I joined a gym, but found it difficult to fit it into my schedule, so I bought a treadmill and walk when I first get up in the morning. I also try to get out to walk at lunchtime, but some days that is difficult and I have my lunch at my desk. I like walking because I have arthritis in my knees and back. I also use an exercise ball to stretch and increase core strength. I have hand weights, but find it boring to use them. Can't wait to hear about you weight loss experience !
