Starting the adventure to fitness today.
A year-long leave of absence from work is drawing to a close (barely a week to go!), and it’s been 4 months since I delivered my second baby. My goal is to feel good and look good as I go back to work, and be better able to handle all the added stress of work. Fitting into my favorite outfits wouldn’t hurt, either!
As a physician, I want to be able to practice what I preach, and be an example for my patients who need to struggle with diet and exercise as well. But most importantly, I want to be healthy and fit to be the best wife and mother-of-2 I can be!
