Well, I weigh in on Saturday. Do I do a "last chance" workout tomorrow? The Wii Biggest Loser weighs you before you work out! I started this new way of living last Saturday but didn't get serious until 3 days ago. I hope I did okay! I've been good about my calories and just started working out for 20-30 minutes a day (all I can handle before I want to pass out).
