Ok, restarting my diet for the umpteenth time! Arg, am so frustrated! I know this is not the time of year to start dieting, but I have to start somewhere and this is it! I have been gradually gained this weight over the past eight years. It use to be so easy to take off, but since turning 50 it seems impossible. No matter what I do! So starting now, today, I am going to commit myself to getting healthy, exercising at least 5 days a week and losing this 25 pounds once and for all!!
