OMG I had no idea how much weight I had gained. This is the time to get back on the band wagon. I am kind of at a loss as to which program to follow, or make up my own. . . Does anyone have any suggestions? It's no wonder my pants have been getting tight. I want to get past my lowest weight. I am going to see my friend from Alaska this summer, and I want to wow him. :-) Wish me luck!!!
