today i exercised to a dvd and wow i was so out of breath and this only were 30 minutes O.o...well maybe tomorrow i'm a little more fit :P i also wanted to write into my diet calendar but somehow it turned out there that i slept 21 hours, that really would be nice ;D for now i leave it as it is, i don't know how to change that anyways :P
