My 2nd day. Did not cheat. Think the tryptophan in the banana and shakes help for my NES (Night Eating Syndrome).

The protein dessert made me feel bloated yet full. Still have to get used to it I guess. Can't be all good.

Bought Ketosticks today. Going to test them on Thursday. Also going to make it my official weigh-in date since I started.

Ketones will help me monitor my fat loss rate. Going to take the scientific approach.

Weighed myself today. 111.4. Think this was due to water weight and I may also have had an empty stomach this morning. Expect weight to go up again. Not to be worried about.

Mom and I went for coffee today. So glad i didn't indulge at Limnos
251.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
