Weighed-in yesterday with a 2 lb loss. Nutritionist said they're 'real' lbs because I've altered my eating style and those lbs won't come back as long as I continue to eat healthy. I'm not really Adkins diet but to keep carbs low and now restricted to 1200-1500 calories per day and 1700 on the weekends. Yikes.
