July 11th I reached 30lbs above the point I never thought I would hit. Truth be told I do not know what I weighed because I was too fat for my scale and my Wii. I thought I had done well the day before to realize I had consumed 4200 calories. People keep asking me what have I done to lose the 60lbs and they get frustrated when I say I workout and I make an educated choice about everything I consume. People also always want to tell me what I can’t eat and become confused when I say I can eat anything, I just have to make a choice. This is forever; this is for my 2 year old son. Earlier in July, I told my son, “he could not have any of my Cheetos, because it was daddy's food.” I was humiliated. Now my son can eat anything I can eat and hopefully I am not burdening him with the food albatross my parents passed to me.
