This diet has not been going well this month because I gained 2.4 pounds. I am not paying attention to what I eat nor am I recording it and I need to do that. Perhaps the challenge Damian issued to Ronnie (his wife) and me that the first one to lose 10 pounds would get $10 from him will help. Plus, I am upset that Arlen thinks I won't lose anything, that I am set and stuck where I am. Of course, if I do lose weight, he will say he only said that to spur me on and help me lose weight.
