Just celebrated my 34th birthday yesterday.
I'm currently at 207 lbs. Which has been the same weight I've had for almost a decade.
The last time I have been active was during college, and the last time I remember being fit, I was 130 lbs.
Now, I am taking maintenance pills for my blood pressure and have been monitoring my blood sugar which are both high.
I want to lose weight for my son who just turned 1, because I'd like him to grow up with me around. And mainly, I want to do this for myself.
