I have almost totally cut out alcohol and junk food from my life recently. I have started to follow filling and healthy plan from Weight Watchers which gives me more freedom in what I'm eating. I don't need to finish eating a certain reciepe the ame day because I'd already pointed for it eg soup using meat/brown rice/brown pasta/pointed vegtables eg potato.
