back on track. treadmill missed me yesterday. I absolutely hate the boredom of the treadmill but have found that if I watch a movie while walking I can get through it fairly painlessly. I also learned that action movies make it go by more quickly than dramas. guess I will become an action movie fan. tomorrow is thanksgiving but since I work we will do the dinner on Friday. I have given myself permission to enjoy the meal within reason. I will get the walk in too. It will be interesting to see how I really do. Stay tuned?!
