Had a difficult day today. started with good intentions - had my oatmeal and half cup milk and took my fruit smoothie for lunch. Met mom at the goodwill and she had a snack wrap and coffee for me. thing is, I was really, really hungry. I ate the snack wrap then had 2 cheese and a tangerine for a snack before tutoring. Then, I had salad rolls and soy sauce for dinner with yet another fruit smoothie for desert. All told, I think that I had 1800 calories today. didn't eat sugar, so felt good about that but def too many calories. I think what I will do is cut a meal a day off of a couple of days and make up for it.
