Today I reached -60 lbs. I am wearing a pair of pants I have not been able to wear for at least 1/2 a decade. Life is good! The family is making healthier choices and temptation isnt really temptation anymore. (sigh)
270.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
