this website is amazing. i'm new to this and i've decided to try this out. what a time to start out! right before the holidays. i'm coming off of a torn tissue in the foot injury. i'm trying to recover, but the pain is still there. i'm biking for now because it's about the only thing i can do without putting too much pressure on my foot. i have lost 35 lbs. but i want to lose more. this website is awesome in that i can "blog" my days and enter in my food. i'm usually not one to do this, so i have to teach myself to! i hope that some people here can help encourage me.
