Well haven't been on for awhile I'm ready to get back into the swing of things except on Xmas of course.

Sorry to have to put in weight of 104 when I was in the 80's but alas that's what happens when you don't pay attention to what your doing.

My best friend Becky is my diet buddy she is doing a local weight loss challenge that is based on "The Biggest Loser" and I'm doing this.

I hope that this time I have the motivation to get things right
194.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
