I will be fasting from sugar, bread, noodles, crackers, potatoes, bananas and popcorn, except for the occasions of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New year and the Reddington Christmas celebration. I will continue to fast once per week on Wednesday for prayer purposes. Calories will be 1200 per day, documented in writing.
