starting out on the 500 calorie diet today and was excited. then realized today gonna be fun. there is 6 inches of snow outside and i cant get out, today the oil furnace ran out of oil and its just gonna be an interesting day. i ate this morning a naval orange with truvia and a glass of coffee with 1 tsp of milk and truvia to sweeten. i dont feel hungry. i guess now i will go clean my house. its a mess :) lunch- boneless skinless chicken breast seasoned with italian seasoning, lettuce-1 cup. I feel pretty good for now. sux no soda!ok food challenge came up and i wasnt thinking about it! daniel bday! i did good though but i dad have a few slices of roast beef sandwich meat i know its not allowed but it was hard not to eat that cake!! i so wanted that cake. didnt drink soda either!! i am so glad! one surprising thing is i havent been hungry at all!
