Sounds like a good jump start to a healthier way of eating. I blend and juice alot, but still eat all the "bad stuff" in between. I am looking forward to being accountable to others to help me cut down or cut out those foods that are making me feel like yuck all the time. What do they say... You are what you eat. lol. I am really starting to feel that way. Have a great day :)
