Last night I got my new elliptical. A friend owed me money, and she herniated 3 disks in her back, so she couldn't use it. So we traded, the $ she owed for the elliptical I wanted. Yay. I'm too cheap to go to the gym, and I work such odd hours, it's hard to get to the gym anyway. Now it's in my home, and I can do it whenever. I'm up to 160 now. Boo. I'll probably only be able to do 15 minutes at most on the machine, but it's a start. Now I just need to make it through this 12 hour work day and I'll do a bit on the machine.
