I'm feeling better already as I gradually get back to a healthier lifestyle. The only change I have made at this point is to watch portions and start to eat more "whole" foods again. Started eating steel cut oats for breakfast again - so filling and tasty! Gradually I need to add more fruit and vegetables and EXCERCISE. This is the first time in several years that I have taken this many days/weeks off from exercising. I've been so busy working on the space for my photography studio that I've neglected exercising but I guess at least I've been "active."

I hear ya. I am trying to get back to eating right as well. I just have to put my mind to it.

Good to see you back!!!! Let's support each other through these winter months. I am not feeling good right now and need all the support I can get. I don't like feeling fat!
