Yah so today/last night was Halloween and I didn't do too bad. I had a couple pieces of laffy taffy, (small ones), a piece of licorice and two pieces of bacon. (My kids wanted breakfast for dinner LOL)
I don't feel like I really messed up. If I can keep a grip during all the holidays then hopefully by Valentines I will be looking the way I want, and feeling my best!! My hope is to wear a fun dress for my boyfriend on Valentines and cause his eyeballs to pop out of his head!!! He continually tells me I am beautiful and my body is perfect, but I don't agree.
I'm thankful to be able to workout and achieve my goals. Step by step I can make it! I know I can!
