Well, it only lasted 2 days and found it's way back. grrrrr. But that's ok... I didn't actually gain over the 4 day weekend and I didn't log, didn't go crazy over carbs, I even had pasta Saturday and beer sunday! But today is back to the grind. Gonna hit it hard this week and try to limit my wine. Also increase water. I know that's a big downfall is my water consumption. Looking forward to see how everyone else has done!

Sounds good, I'll hit it hard with you! And I have to tell, much as I don't want to, I started cutting back on the booze when I was sick and it made a huge difference. I don't think it's just the calories, it must be metabolic. Quelle drag though, I really like to have a drink or two at the end of the day. I'm trying to limit to weekends only during this mad holiday season though and see how it goes.
