epic fail on the p90x
Believe it or not, I have started it again today and how sad to compare my reps today to week three back in September - I'm so weak again....I hope to be able to keep this up through Christmas and into the new year. There's no reason I can't.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
