Here we go again.

The migraines come and go, and then come back again. I've been not been productive at all the last 2 weeks or so. Today has been the best day so far.

Woke up and went to the gym at 7am. Got home around 8, showered and had breakfast and took 1 whole migraine pill (propranolol). Boiled heat packs, made hard boiled eggs, did a load of laundry, did a load of dishes. Still being somewhat lazy watching Private Practice on Netflix.

It's 2pm. After I hang up my wet clothes I'm going to walk norma and then take her to the post office with me.

Got home late. Had some squash. Forgot to take my other pill. Didn't get any homework done. Didn't get to bed until after midnight. ugh...
