OK. I know I have said this A LOT in the last couple months. However I have to get myself motivated to lose the rest of the weight. I did so good last year I have to get moving again. The weight is slowly going up up up.

I have a date to go walking after work today. YEAH!!!!!!

Small steps.....
178.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
