I've been at 164.2 for four days in a row now. At least I'm not gaining. However, I need to try harder to reduce my calorie intake. I need to keep myself occupied so that I don't walk into the kitchen out of boredom.
164.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
