I started training with a personal trainer 2x a week since Sept 4th 2013 I weighed 230lbs. The last time I weighed myself was Oct 7th 219.4. My goal before May of 2014 to weigh 160lbs.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
