Artic freeze and snow going on in Washington!! Geez this weather makes me want to eat something I'm not supposed to :-( Trying to debate if I should go to the gym because of the weather, so many accidents, the roads are dangerous!

Sounds like you need some soup or chili asap! Brrr. I'm lucky it's still like 55-60*F up near Detroit. I know our cold weather is coming, but I'm not going to complain until it gets here - even if it is raining :P Do you have any home exercises you can do? I've started dancing like a fool when no one is looking (booty jiggles? you betchya!). That and squats. This time last year, I don't think I could do ten, now I do them all the time, even squat pulses which BURRRRRRNNN. Get the muscles warmed up though, so they burn the calories. Ps: Wanna be buddies?

Hi Wanderer, I would love to be buddies! Chili sounds soooooooooo good right about now:-) The weather is crazy here in Washington. It's just soooooo cold and icy. My job even closed and didn't have to go in, so I think I better do some of those booty jiggles and squats you were talking about because I cant get to the gym today either :-) I'll be going on vacation near Detroit, Chicago actually and I'm hoping by a long shot that the weather there stays good until I get there and come back :-) I'm originally from Illinois :-)
