Yesterday i tried to enter my exercise time in my journal but i couldn't figure it out. I guess i have to subtract from the sleep time.
I did exercise last night. I rode my bike and lifted an 8 lbs weight. I broke a sweat and checked my pulse. Weight is still the same i need to cut my calories. Today i moved the candy on my desk to the office kitchen. This way i way i have to walk to the kitchen to get one if my co workers dont beat me to it. funny stuff.
I also did a little bit of treadmill. Today time was at bit more than 40 mins.
