So, I didn't work out today. Apparently I recorded all yesterdays exercise on today so I had to switch them. I like the "My Shape" workout or whatever - but I JUST Saw that EA ACTIVE has a NEW one coming out that uses like an arm sensor so you can go hands free!!!!!! I'm SOOOO EXCITED!!! YES! YES YES YES! I can't believe I'm so excited but I cannot wait to buy it!

I didn't work out mostly because I'm pretty sure I'm getting sick - the bf has been sick, and I've been feeling okay until today. This morning I woke up with a sore throat, and awful phlegm-y coughing... my throat is "hot" and ugh. I'm trying mind over matter and thinking "I'm NOT SICK!" I hope it works. Tomorrow I will do my scheduled workout. Also, last night I had to do like 4000000 push ups, so my chest is sore because of that, and my abs are sore from coughing... lol I'm a mess.

But on a brighter note - I signed up for this Body and Mind Empowerment thing for women. I went and took a survey and talked to this graduate student in psychology about body image issues and eating. I felt kinda bad talking about how I count my calories really closely and workout a decent amount, cause she was really overweight. BUT, I guess that's what she's there for. I actually felt really good after taking the survey because a lot of it was about binge eating and using laxatives or throwing up after eating, and I was proud I don't do any of that to lose weight.

So, I hope I get chosen for the groups. For devoting 8 hours of my time (over 4 sessions) I get $50 at Barnes and Noble. I guess that's cool, lol. Mostly I'm in it to talk to other people about my body image issues. Its kinda like free group therapy, lol.
