So, by creepin' on everyone's journal entries, it's nice to know I'm not the only one who goes hog wild on the weekends. Why is it so easy for me to be ridiculously in control of my eating during the week, but on the weekends, man, it's Feast Central, lol. It's not like I have some wild life going on, I'm not running around going to parties, I don't hang out with a soul, hell, I don't even drink, it's just the weekends hit and if I'm not chowing down at some restaurant buffet, then I'm making these huge feasts at home and eating until I'm about sick. No wonder my weight has stalled, haven't really gained or lost weight in about 2 months. I'm maintaining. So controlled during the week, and then counter-acting that on the weekends, it evens out.

its easy to control when you are at work. there is tea time and lunch time during the week so already somehow the weekdays are in charge. now weekend, if its not visitors then its you visiting, hanging out or something, agh and how my mother keeps bringing food (cabs, sugars and deep fried)appetising food to the table!

Yes, that's definitely true, my mom and my boyfriend's mom are constantly trying to fatten us up with delicious foods, and they don't take "no" for an answer, they just keep shoving the food at us and then get mad at us when we don't come around much. I am disabled and don't work during the week, so it's actually very easy for me to stay in control because so much of my time and energy can be focused on what I'm putting into my body. My problem is all the boredom that builds up, so by the time Friday hits, I'm ready to go out to eat because I've been pretty cooped up all week.
