So, I've been trying to cut out all dairy and/or replace it with vegan alternatives. That's been...a little shaky, but otherwise okay. Daiya shreds are pretty tasty and are better than nothing for a cheddar replacement. I've been exercising for a couple of weeks too, and that's been going okay. It varies with my energy levels, but it's been better.
166.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
