I started 10/01/2013 I cant eat fruit yet, lots of vegetables protein and omega. Doing good but feel more like I am starving my self havexa week to go before I can eat fruit, wheat pasta, and other thing. Itnsuppose to reset my build. So I can lose 7 lbs and waiet line.
