yeah, down another 2.2 lbs., so far so good. trying to concentrate on more fiber, increasing my water intake(that's hard for me), and increasing my walking distance.
227.9 lb Lost so far: 9.1 lb.    Still to go: 77.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.1 lb a week
