So, I've been away (and still am away) on a little road trip to a few breweries up state, and seeing my best friend and some other friends... and I have honestly been eating like shit. To put it plainly. Seriously.

So, my old house that I'm staying as, has no appliances, cause I sold them all because my parents are bringing up their new ones, but haven't been able to do it quite yet... so, first night we had to go to WalMart and I just pigged out, I got my favorite food ever, the Stouffer's Mac and Cheese, and ate the ENTIRE large size thing. Along with like... 6 Candy Cane Oreos, a thing of sugar free applesauce... ugh. Then, the next day, we drank like 4 beers (GOOD CRAFT BEERS) so high calories there, and ate fried bar food, WAY BAD. Even the Pesto Melt I had was probably terrible.

Then today I tried to be better but it was kinda hard. We went up to another brewery, and I had like 2.5 beers there, and I had rainbow trout with risotto (maybe a cup of rice)... that wasn't too bad, but since no appliances here - we went out and got Penn Station. I'm seeing now that the sub I had was 400 calories, so not TOO bad, but I did eat like... 1/2 a small order of fries, I'm sure. I also ate fries at lunch.

THE UPSIDE here is that I bought the My Shape workout for the Wii, the one with the camera and Jenny McCarthy on it - so, I'm going to be starting that. I might pair it with biggest loser but while the workouts made me sore, I wasn't enthused about only being able to design like a 4 minute workout with 9 exercises, and then just have to repeat it over and over to make it like a 30 minute workout. It's annoying. I hope this is better. I will do step aerobics if it's not better. UGH. Stupid thing about video games is, once you open them you can't return them because you could copy them. Hey, if I knew how to copy Wii games, I'd be selling the SHIT outta bootlegged games, I'm not lyin! So, that sucks, if I open it, it's mine until I sell it like on Amazon or whatever. So I hope it's good.

Will get back to my normal diet, normal food, normal routine tomorrow and Monday. We'll be on the road for about 6 hours tomorrow, and will probably eat fast food, and I forgot my "Eat this, not that" book, and since I haven't eaten out in months, I don't remember what's okay to eat... like at McDonalds or Wendys or something. Ah well. I physically feel fatter though... I'm probably up a bit with all the sodium and grease and crap. I'm glad I don't eat like this all the time though. I can clearly say that. While it was "fun" for a weekend, I feel guilty, and I also feel kinda "ugh" so, I'm glad I don't eat like this anymore normally!
