I am officially starting the first day of the Biggest Loser Challenge that I created on Fatsecret tomorrow morning. I am looking forward to this challenge as I am hopeful that it will jump start my weight loss and keep me on goal.

It has been 2.5 years since I followed any program (diet or exercise) and I am at the highest weight of my life. I am losing weight to be healthier and more fit.

I will be following the Weight Watchers Program. I have used this program in the past and I have been successful in the past with this program. I will also be using the Turbo Jam exercise program to start as well.

I plan to use this journal for weekly updates on how I am doing.

I have decided to take my measurements for this challenge too.

My Measurement Stats in inches:

Chest - 47.25
Waist - 54.25
Waist(Upper) - 43.5 in
Hips - 49 in
Arm (R) - 15 in
Arm (L) - 14 in
Thigh (R) - 28.75
Thigh (L) - 28.25
Calf (R) - 16
Calf (L) - 16.75
