I'm not happy with my weight loss. For three weeks I didn't lose any pound and now it just goes slowly. I did take up jogging since the beginning of this month and I'm so proud of myself. I still like to walk long distances. Two days ago, on Friday 27 Sep, I accomplished 19 miles (= 30 kms) in 5.5 hours.

I'll travel to Costa Rica in 10 days and will be there for five weeks. I hope to lose more weight over there. God knows I need this break. Anyway I won't log in again here until middle of November.

198.4 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 50.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

Best to you.....remember muscle weighs more than fat and you sctivty level might be reason to take somecmeasurements to see thst you are still losing....
