What I ate today:

2 cups Honey Bunches of Oats cereal with 1 cup 1% milk for breakfast
2 cups beef pad thai for lunch
1 can chicken soup, 2 waffles, 1 cup spinach, chips & salsa, pita chips and hummus, 1 cup of apple juice and 1 cup ice cream for dinner

A LOT of water
