Cravings went crazy, needed a break, tried to push past it, but lost nothing for a week. Took two day calorie break over last weekend, and am now losing again.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
