I missed my October goal by 2.5lbs :(
But here we are a week and half later and I am sure I busted thru a major plateau. I weighed around 245lbs for almost 10 years. I am firmly below that weight and am pretty sure that I will keep dropping until 210.
I'm shooting to get back on track and make my November goal. With 20 days left in the month I'm sure I can get there...just as long as I don't screw up too badly on turkey day.
